Thi^revious owner were proposing to remove the existing house <br />and construct a new residence on the properly^he existing house was removed; however, the <br />new residence was not constructed on the lot. Thie present owner is proposing to construct a new <br />X <br />residence on the lot that meets all setbacks in the RR-1B^zonJng district.
