Flannigan, 20560 Summerville Rd., <br />Excelsior, MN 55331 has paid the sura of S155.00 DOLLARS to the Treasurer of said LAKE <br />MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT as required by the Ordinances of said District <br />and complied with all the requirements of said Ordinances necessary for obtaining this License: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, By order of the Board of Directors of said District and by virtue hereof, <br />the said Big Island Veterans Camp is hereby licensed and authorized to operate a multiple <br />dock subject to existing and future density policies and regulations adopted by the District’s <br />Board of Directors, <br />Per Site Plan 4/29/99: subject to moving slip 9 to the other side of dock #1. <br />for the period of the 2000 Dock Season and ending December 31, 2000 subject to all the <br />'conditions and provisions of said Ordinances. <br />Violations of the provisions of the District’s Code of Ordinances are pumshable by <br />imprisonment for not more than 90 days or imposition of a fine of not more than $700. or both. <br />Given under my hand and the corporate seal of the LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT this f day of '^A.D. 2000. <br />Attest: ZL/V/j. <br />fe^cuti^E^ctor, Gr^ory S.
