Each application exhibits no changes from previous licenses. We have <br />received no complaints regarding any of these joint use docks. Note the following: <br />- Neither Big Island Vets Camp nor Sandy Beach applied for licenses tor 1999; both are <br />rectifying that situation this year, and will be issued a license retroactive to 1-1-99. <br />- Carlson/Nelsoiv'Gage sent the 1999 fee last year but no application form; this is being <br />rectified in their 2000 application, and their license will similarly be issued retroactive to l- <br />1-99. <br />- Kelly Cove Homeowners .Association (KCHA) was granted a 1999 license subject to no <br />further licenses until the covenants/agreements regarding the separation trom Navarre Cove <br />HC are finalized. KCHA has applied for a 2000 license; staff recommends Council approval <br />subject to issuance of license only upon staff confirmation that the paper^vork is complete <br />to the satisfaeiion of the City Attorney. <br />Staff recommends approval of 2000 joint use dock licenses for each of these twelve applicants. <br />COUNCIL ACTIO.N REQUESTED: <br />Adopt the attached resolutions granting joint use dock licenses for 2000 to each of the applicants. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by__, seconded by__, to adopt Resolutions____through _____, directing <br />staff to issue joint use dock licenses to Big Island Inc., Forest Arms HA. Bohns Point/North Shore <br />Homeowners,, Fox Hill HA. Minnetonka Power Squadron, Pheasant Lawn H.A. Walters Port Maintenance <br />and Improvement Association. Victoria Estates and Kelly Cove H,A(subject to completion ofeovenants) for <br />the period of Januaiy I, 2000 to December 31, 2000; and to Sands Bench. Carlson,Nelson/Gage and Big <br />Island Vets Camp for the period January I. 1999 to December 31. 2000.
