The previous owner were proposing to remove the existing house <br />and construct a new residence on the property. The existing house was removed; however, the <br />nev/ residence was not constructed on the lot. The present owner is proposing to construct a new <br />residence on tlic lot that meets all setbacks In the RR-1B zoning district. The Applicant would <br />like to renew the lot width variance cn this property. <br />Scherer indicated he was not aware the variance had expired. <br />There were no public comments regarding this application. <br />Motion by Hawn, second by Lindquist, tc . commend approval of Application #2565, <br />Peter Scherer, 15 Orono Orochard Road South, granting of a variance renewal to <br />Page 17
