The purpose of this item is review various Council and staff procedures. <br />2.Background. Over the last few weeks staff has received a number of queries from multiple council <br />members on various procedures and processes. The intent with this item is touch on the following <br />subjects at a high/summary level. Future deep dives into topics can be scheduled for follow on meetings <br />if there is interest in doing so. <br />3.Council Staff Interaction.
