The purpose of this item is to approve a contract for the City of Orono to provide Public <br />Works (PW) support to the City of Spring Park (SP). <br /> <br />2. Background. In June of 2021 the cities of Orono and Spring Park approved the Agreement for <br />Orono to provide Public Works Services to Spring Park beginning in September of 2021. The City of <br />Spring Park has requested the agreement be amended to run from January to January to better fit with <br />budgeting timelines. <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. I recommend approval of the amendment. It will clarify the alignment of <br />the contract and it budget impact to the budget cycle.
