The <br />original development plans contemplated a shared, connected back up area (shown in Exhibit E). <br />Although the new home at 3570 Ivy Place installed their portion of the shared driveway connection, when <br />the new home was constructed at 3600 Ivy, the builder chose not to install their portion of the shared <br />driveway connection. <br /> <br />Finding no practical difficulty supporting any of the illegally installed hardcover improvements, Planning <br />Staff recommends denial of the after-the-fact variances.
