Their comments are summarized in the Council minutes. <br /> <br />6. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends approval of the vacation of Lafayette Avenue, Grandview <br />Place, and the alley within Blocks 3 and 4 dedicated within the plat of Mount Home Park. Further, staff <br />continues to recommend denial of the request to vacate Hattie Place at this time. A resolution reflecting <br />Staff’s recommendation has been drafted for Council’s consideration. <br /> <br />Staff prepared two resolutions for Council’s consideration: <br />1. Resolution #1 reflecting staff’s recommendation for a partial vacation – Hattie Place not vacated. <br />2.
