The ordinance <br />provides that non-standard sewage <br />treatment systems may only be used in <br />Situations where an exisong septic system <br />has failed. Trench systems constructed on an <br />18 percent slope is considered non-standard. <br />The ordinance also reduces the required <br />setback from wetlands from 75 feet lo 50 feet <br />Toni Hirsch.
