The <br />applicants have requested variances to permit construction of a single family home on the property. <br />Lot History: The previous property owner of the vacant parcel had requested variances to permit <br />new construction which included lakeshore setback, lot area, lot width, hardcover and structure the <br />application was reviewed by the Planning Commission in January, 1998 and reconunended for denial <br />based on the size of the lot and lack of a sewer stub.
