D. The lot has a very limited building pad. Any new construction on the property would <br />require setback variances. Because Rest Point Road is narrow it is not possible to <br />paric cars on the street without causing a public safety issue. Each lot along Rest <br />Point Road will require off street parking areas to accommodate quests.
