Project Team <br />Hoisington Koegler Group Inc. proposes to assign the following <br />individuals to the work in Long Lake: <br />Michael Schroeder is Vice President of Hoisington Koegler Group <br />and a registered landscape architect with more than 15 years of <br />experience. He has experience in the completion of large and small <br />scale urban and community design projects in Minnesota and other <br />states. Michael s past work includes master planning and urban design <br />projects in Monticello, Richfield, Cloquet, Chanhassen, Hugo, and <br />Champlin. He has also recently completed streetscape and <br />redevelopment concepts for Middletown, Connecticut; Branson, <br />Missouri; the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; <br />Warrensburg, Missouri; Milledgeville, Georgia; and Windsor, <br />Connecticut Current projects include an “Urban Village ” for Richfield, <br />Minnesota; a strategic plan for Wadena, Minnesota; and a master plan <br />for the CARAG neighborhood in Minneapolis. <br />Michael Schroeder would serve as Principal-in-Charge and lead the <br />design effort for the development of design guidelines. <br />Loren Gordon is an urban planner with HKGi with a wide range of <br />community planning and ordinance experience. Loren has also worked <br />on zoning code revisions in Ankeny, Iowa; Elkhart, Indiana; Mound, <br />Minnesota, where he also serves as the City Planner, Medicine Lake, <br />Minnesota; Falcon Heights, Minnesota; Becker, Minnesota; and is <br />currently assisting Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota with both zoning <br />and subdivision ordinance overhauls. <br />Lrocn will panicipate in the design guidelines portion of the work with <br />a particular focus on the relationship of proposed guidelines to existing <br />ordinances. <br />Melissa Wolff is a graduate landscape architect with HKGi with <br />experience ranging in scale from community-wide visioning to site <br />design and construction observation. Melissa’s recent project <br />involvement includes comprehensive planning for New Brighton, <br />Minnesota; a community greenway in Mound, .Minnesota; streetscape <br />design for E.xcelsior Boulevard in St. Louis Park, Minnesota; and design <br />of play areas at several Minneapolis public schools. Melissa is currently <br />involved in a master plan for the CARAG neighborhood in Minneapolis; <br />a student hosuing project forCarleton College inNorthfleld, Minnesota; <br />site design for play areas at Fulton School in Minneapolis; and a bandshell <br />Hobington Koegler Group Inc.H K <br />J
