They have proposed a Subdivision of a Lot Line Rerjrangement between the lots that results <br />in two lots that will be greater than the one acre minimum lot size for the zoning district. Both lots, <br />however will not meet the 140 feet required lot width at the lakeshore and structure setback. <br />Variances to this requirement would be required to be approved to permit the lot line rearrangement. <br />Lot A is proposed to have a lot width of 114 feet and Lot B is proposed to have a lot width of 113 <br />feet where lots in the LR-IB district are required to have a 140 foot lot width. <br />Both properties are sewered. The house at 4345 has had a demolition permit issued last year. The <br />lot is vacant.
