Dunn, 3324 North Shore Drive, <br />VVayzata, MN 55391 has paid the sum of Sl,212.50 DOLLARS to the Treasurer of said LAKE <br />MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT as required by the Ordinances of said District <br />and complied with all the requirements of said Ordinances necessary- for obtaining this License; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, By order of the Board of Directors of said District and by virtue hereof, <br />the said Lakeside Marina, Inc. is hereby licensed and autliorized to operate a multiple dock <br />subject to existing and future density policies and regulations adopted by tlie District's Board of <br />Directors, <br />Per Site Plan ; Subject to Variance Order 4/22/81; <br />Non-Conforming Structure, 1:4 density. 280 feet of lakcshore frontage. <br />for the period of the 1998 Dock Season and ending December 31, 1998 subject to all the <br />conditions and provisions of said Ordinances. <br />Violations of the provisions of the District's Code of Ordinances are punishable bv <br />imprisoiunent for not more than 90 days or imposition of a fine of not more than S700. or both. <br />Given under my hand and the corporate seal of the LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT this 22 day of April A.D. 1998. <br />Attest <br />ExecutivoT)iji«tor, Gregory S Nybeck Chairman.
