COUNCIL MBETIM^ <br />FEB 2 8 2000 <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />Census 2000 Proclamation <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is committed to a full and accurate Census count; and <br />WHEREAS, a full and accurate count will ensure a fair share of funds for programs <br />benefitting Orono residents. <br />THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby proclaim Census <br />2000 as a top priority for all elected and appointed officials, and encourages the City to place an <br />emphasis on partnering with the U.S. Census Bureau in achieving an accurate and complete <br />count in Census 2000. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 28th day of February, 2000. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
