*• <br />Statement of Hardship : <br />The applicants have included their statement of hardship in Exhibit B. The applicants should <br />also be asked for their testimony regarding this issue. <br />Issues of Concern: <br />1.The existing residei "e was built in the 1960's creating the existing side yard setbacks. <br />2.The proposed lakeside deck encroaches into the 0-75 ’ setback area and hardcover in the 0-75 ’ <br />setback area. <br />3.Other issues raised by the Planning Commission. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Stair has the following recommendations: <br />1.Reconfigure the leikeside deck and keep it at the present size of 285 feet will eliminate the <br />hardcover variance and encroachment into the 0-75 ’ setback area. <br />2.Leave the sidewalk and driveway as is.
