ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MINUTES FOR JUtV 19, <br />would like their application tabled to allow them time to revise their plan. <br />Kluth noted the sideyard is grandfathered in. Kluth recommended this application be <br />tabled. <br />Patterson inquired whether the application could proceed forward if they keep the hardcover <br />and structural coverage at the existing limits. <br />Hawn stated the Planning Commission needs to review the revised plan before approving <br />it. Hawn stated she would not be comfortable approving this application prior to seeing <br />a revised plan. <br />Smith indicated she was in agreement with Hawn and that the Planning Commission really <br />needs to review the revised plan to see exactly what is being proposed before approval is <br />given. <br />Hawn advised tne Applicant to have the application tabled. <br />Patterson requested the application be tabled. <br />Smith moved, Kluth seconded, to table Application #2558, Anthony Patterson, <br />1780 Shadywood Road, to allow the Applicant time to submit a revised plan. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />NING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />(#14) REPbRT OF PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING COUNCIL <br />MEETINGS ON'n OVEMBER 22,1999 AND DECEMBER 13,1999, AND JANUARY 10, 2000 <br />This item was not discussed. <br />(#15) OTHER ISSUES FOR DlSCUSSIOl <br />Mayor Jabbour suggested City Staff discuss the applications directly with the Applicants <br />prior to their appearance at the Planning Commission mee^g^o avoid any confusion <br />regarding hardcover and structural coverage limits.
