The follotving information is required before we can proceed with your request for a <br />Conditional Use Permit and Variances. <br />1 The survey you have provided to us indicates existing structvu-es and the shoreime of <br />Lake Minnetonka, however the survey is required to show previous and existmg <br />topography over the entire property. <br />2. Cut and fill calculations for the amount of fill, in cubic yards, that has been added <br />within the 75' lakeshore setback. <br />This infotmation needs to be submitted by October 29,1999 to remain on the November 15 1999 <br />Planning Commission agenda.
