R/( <br />moNa <br />City of OROINO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 2Q*^3_ _ _ _ _ <br />4. All additional signs in front island or landscape area are to <br />be removed. The use of temporary portable signs is discouraged <br />until the final code and comprehensive plan amendments have been <br />completed. The use of temporary signs is limited to 3 to 5 day <br />periods and requires a permit from the City. <br />5. The City Council places the owner on notice that he (she) is <br />solely responsible for the maintenance and implementation of this <br />staged signage plan and that violation of or non-compliance with <br />any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall <br />constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable <br />as a misdemeanor. <br />6. Authorities granted by these variances run with the property <br />not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br />exercised by application for a building permit within one year of <br />the date of Council approval, or these variances will expire on <br />that date (November 10, 1987). <br />7.
