Issues for Concern : <br />1. The existing house was approved and rebuilt in 1988 in its original location. At that time, it <br />was located closer to the lakeshore than the adjacent neighboring properties. <br />2. In 1997, the applicants were approved to allow 30.08% hardcover in the 75' - 250' setback <br />area when they constructed a new garage. <br />3.
