Weinberger stated <br />City Staff wouid be comfortable vnth sending this application to the City Council provided some <br />direction is given to the Applicant on the conditions he should comply vnth. <br />Barrett noted the Planning Commission has suggested the developer consider reducing the <br />number of lots to six on a couple of occasions, with the developer indicating he preferred to <br />leave the number of lots at seven. Barrett stated the Planning Commission could vote to deny.. <br />this application, with dear direction on what the Planning Commission would like to see occur <br />on this application. <br />Kluth moved, Smith seconded, to recommend denial of Application #2550,120 Brown <br />Road South, Subdivision for Planned Residential Development, with a strong <br />recommendation the developer consider reducing the number of tots within this <br />subdivision to six In order to comply with the conditions outlined in the January 10,2000 <br />Planner's Report. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(#4) #2555 HENNEPIN COUNTY, 3880 SHORELINE DRIVE, ZONING CODE AMENDMENT, <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIANCES, 8:25 p.m. - 9:20 p.m. <br />The Certificate of Mailing and Affidavit of Publicatior were noted. <br />Guy Nowlan and Greg Chock appeared on behalf of Hennepin County. <br />Weinberger stated the Hennepin County Transportation Department is proposing to construct <br />a Hi-Arch gambrel type salt storage building at the maintenance facility located at 3880 Shoreline <br />Drive.
