^.c> <br />CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1 <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />n <br />/• <br />•. % <br />Park dedication fee for Lot 1 shall be paid to the City. <br />Prior to filing the plat with Hennepin County the property owner would be <br />required to complete a title opinion on the lot proposed for subdivision. <br />Stormwater drainage and BMP plans should be reviewed and approved by the <br />MCWD and City Engineer prior to final plat approval. <br />A Letter of Credit written to 150% of the costs sh^l be issued by the applic^t <br />to the City for any drainage and grading plan required on the propeity, also for <br />the development of the private road for access to North Willow Drive. <br />Outlot A shall be given a new road name, and address ^signments for Lots 1 <br />and 2 as well as Lots 1 and 2 in the Spruce Acres subdivision at the time the <br />private road is completed. <br />Developer's Agreement has been executed. <br />Prior to new construction, future owners shall be responsible for staking and <br />protecting the primary and alternate septic sites. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Planner/Zonmg <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and <br />fourth Mondays of each month. <br />1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1” = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S.
