Mr. Gronberg’s property is scheduled to be acquired <br />by MnDot for the new Highway 12. Because the property likely will be acquired for the Highway <br />12 project, Mr. Gronberg has determined he is not in a position to complete the final plat. An <br />applicant that has received preliminary plat approval has one year to complete the final plat.
