Minn. Rules 7080.0175B shall submit <br />records to the Health Authority of all <br />pumping activities and recording fees. <br />SUBDIVISION 11: ENFORCEMENT. <br />11.1 Any person, firm, corporation or other <br />entity who violates any of the provisions of <br />this Ordinance or who makes any false <br />statement on a Certificate of Compliance, <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, <br />punishable by imprisonment or a fine or <br />both, as defined by law. Each day in <br />violation may constitute a separate <br />violation. <br />11.2 In the event of a violation of this Ordinance, <br />in addition to other remedies, the County or <br />Municipal Attorney may institute <br />appropriate actions or proceedings to <br />prevent, restrain, correct or abate such <br />violations. <br />SUBDIVISION 12: FEES. The Hennepin <br />County Board shall from lime to time estab <br />lish fees for activities undertaken by the <br />Health Authority pursuant to this Ordi­ <br />nance. Fees shall be due and payable at a <br />time and in a manner to be determined by <br />the Health Authority. <br />mim <br />SUBDIVISION 13: SEVERABILITY. If a <br />provision or application of this Ordinance is <br />held invalid, that in\'alidity shall not affect <br />other provisions or applications of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SUBDIVISION 14: EFFECTIVE DATE.
