Also, an easement over the septic system area must be provided <br />for the lone term use by each residence. <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT. This is a design approval form which must accompany the site plan. A permit must <br />be issued to a licensed septic contractor prior to installation. A list of currently licensed septic contractors is <br />enclosed. <br />NOTICE TO INSTALLERS: Any changes to the approved plans and specs must have prior approval of the <br />Inspector (473-7357). Call for inspections 24 hours in advance. <br />ALL DRAINFIELD AREASMUST BE FENCED OFF prior to building site excavation and fencing must remain <br />in place until final site grading. Approval to pour footings will not be granted until the Inspections Department <br />has verified that primary and alternate sites are adequately protected. <br />NO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF ANY KIND (cars, trucks, earth moving equipment, etc.) is allowed within 20' <br />of tested drainfield sites either before or after system construction.
