Dote the financial guarantee is written to 150% of the cost of those <br />improvements and shoe's the adjusted amount to be $51,570. Please be advised that the City cannot <br />issue building permits for new construction within the plat until the City is in receipt of the required <br />letter of credit. <br />I have once again enclosed a copy of the letter of credit form required by the Citv. Please also <br />disregard the engineer's comments regarding private road standards as access to Lots 1, 3gnd 4 is <br />via a private driveway. The City will require the drive as shown in design/spec plans be paved. <br />We have address assignments for the new lots created in the Chadwick plat.
