Dunn <br />4740 Bayside Road <br />Maple Plain, MN 55359 <br />Re: Workshop Above Garage at 4740 Bayside Road <br />Dear Ms. Yogerst & Mr. Dunn: <br />The Building 6 Zoning Department is in receipt of your <br />application for a building permit, to add a workshop above the <br />garage at the above referenced property. Because this building <br />is over a 1,000 s.f. the City Codi requires that you meet <br />setbacks of a principal structure, which would be 100, from the <br />rear lot line in your zoning district. ':herefore, to construct <br />this workshop it would require a variance from the City code. An <br />alternative to the variance would be to cut down the size of the <br />existing building to less then a 1,000 s.f. Enclosed is a <br />variance application for your review.
