Enclosed is a copy of your most recent septic report. <br />The procedure for initiating septic system repairs is as follows: <br />1. Hire a Soil/Site Evaluator to do the necessary testing <br />and design. <br />2. Submit the design to the City for approval. <br />3. Once the design is approved, have one or more <br />contractors bid on the approved design. <br />4.
