Building pernits �or interior remodelir.g, repair . <br /> or reno�ation of existing occupied single fa:�i�y <br /> residential structures, provided tt:ere is no <br /> increase in the floor area or bulk of said structure. <br /> B. Plumbing, mechanical or electrical repairs , replace- <br /> ments or remodeling of existing occupie3 single <br /> family residential structures. <br /> _ . Repair or replacement of any existing water well or <br /> on-site sewage treatment system, provided such system <br /> is not installed for purposes of converting any <br /> existing seasonal or uninhabitable residence or <br /> structure into a fully habitable res�_dence or <br /> structure. � <br /> SECTI0�1 6 . Restricted Area. That portion of the City of Orono <br /> that shall be subject to the restrictions of this ordinance is all the <br /> land current�y zoning LR-lA-1, which land is Iocated on Big Island, <br /> Nlahpiyata Island and Deering Island, Lake Minnetonka, legally described <br /> as follows : <br /> A. BIG ISLAND and MAHPIYATA ISLAND: All land within the <br /> corporate limits of the City of Orono lying within <br /> Sections 14-117-23, 22-117-23 and 23-117-23 , Y.ennepin <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> B. DEERING ISLAND: All land within the coporate limits <br /> of the City of Orono lying within the NE; of the S[4�a, <br /> and the Nw� of the SE; of Section 18-117-23, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTZON 7 . Duration. This ordinance shall expire six <br /> months after duration with ut Council action, or it may be repealled <br /> earlier if the Council determines that the requisite studies have <br /> been completed and adopted and that appropriate evaluation and action, <br /> including any necessary revisions of the Zoning Code, have been <br /> finalized. The duration of this ordinance may be extended by adoption <br /> of a subsequent ordinance. <br />
