Substandard-Unbuildable Record Lot Inventory. The following record lots are hereby established, each of which is approximately one-third (1/3) acre in area or smaller, which lot area is too small to accommodate any form of new permanent use without available services such as municipal sewer. Each of the following record lots are therefore determined by the Council to be unbuildable and may not have structures or buildings erected thereon unless a variance to this Subdivision shall be issued by the Council.
