VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission, 7:30 P.I1. <br />August 19, 1974 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above date <br />with the following members presents Chairman <br />Guthrie, Curtis, Hake, Rullberg, and Van Nest. <br />Elliott at 8:00 P.M. Pesek at 8:25 P.H. <br />Absents Gasch and Kallestad. <br />Curtis moved, Rullberg seconded, that the !1INUTES <br />iclinutes of the Regular Ilooting of July 15, July 15, 1974 <br />1974, be approved. He showed a letter <br />from the neighbor being encroached on stating <br />he had no objection. The neighbor's residence <br />was 40' from the line. <br />Van Nest moved, Xullberg seconded, that since <br />the lot size is consistent with many other lots <br />in the area, there is a sewer and water <br />assessment on the lot and service available <br />to avoid any health problems, approval be <br />recommended. rbtion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />Ken Roelofs represented Erling Falk in a <br />VARIANCE <br />petition for a variance to place a garage <br />1981 Fagerness Point Rd. <br />addition on his hose at 1981 Fagerness Point <br />Road. Ifembers agreed it was the -only place a <br />garage could be constructed due to terrain. <br />
