Motion, <br />Ayes (7) - days (0). <br />Mr. Bet1W requested that his name be with- VARIANCE <br />drawn from the agenda to allow his to get 3775 Bayside Road (� <br />additional information from the Hennepin <br />County Highway Department. <br />Commissioners Searles and Van Nest explained COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />a proposal to change the zoning classifications <br />in the Village. It was decided that the <br />Planning Commission members should be allowed <br />to study the proposal and a special meeting <br />an Deossbsr 26, 1973 should be held to discuss <br />the matter further. <br />The Planning Commission members agreed with <br />the intent of the new ordirance as presented <br />by the Zoning Administrator and asked that <br />this information be put into an ordinance <br />format. <br />The Planning Commission asked that the <br />following changes be Sade in the ordinance <br />as it was presented: <br />38.001 - It should be clear that name <br />plates do not need permits. <br />38.022 - Sign illumination in residential <br />districts should be allowed only as part <br />of a conditional use. <br />PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br />On -Site Disposal <br />PROPOSED ORAINANCE <br />Signs <br />i <br />The Planning Womission members agreed that SIZE OF PLANNING COMMISSION <br />by reducing the size of the Commissi m from <br />11 numbers to 9 members, that perhaps each <br />individual would feel more responsible <br />for contributing and less apt to expect others <br />to do all the work. <br />Guthrie moved, Paurus seconded, that the k:)JOORNHZNT <br />meeting be adjourned at 12:40 A.
