IINUTES OF A REGJLAR i IEETING HELD JECE: IBER 10, 1973 Ar. Fred Curtis presented himself to the Council with a brief description of his background and informing the Council that ;ie had applied for membership on the Orao Planning Commission. Ir. Norman Paurus made a presentation to the Village Council concerninn the re- organization of the Planning Commission from eleven to nine members. Mayor Oberiiauser suggested that this be put on the January 14, 1974 Council agenda. Tile Village Administrator informed the Council that :Ir. George Hastny had contacted him earlier that day to state lie was not prepared at this time to come before the Council with his proposal and that it be deferred until January 14, 1974. T'ie Council agreed. Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to refer to ,he Planning Commission the variance of i•tr. Thomas Betz, 3775 Bayside Road, concerning Lots 5-3, 13, 15-14, Ottoville. ;•lotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Jori moved, Butler seconded, to waive the Park dedication payment for the Samuel Betts plat 1945 Eagerness Point Road, and to waive tale six month requirement of the original motion. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Jorn moved, Butler seconded, to approve the Fagerness Green final plat of Samuel Betts, 1945 Fagerness Point ►toad. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). �4r. Dexter Marston presented to the Village Council some information on soil data concerning lot size in unsewered areas. Tile Council asked that additional information be given along tais line anal report back to the Council January 14, 1974, with more classifications.
