Russell called the meeting <br />to order at 7:30 P. M. Present were Rice <br />and Nicholls. Absent were Bartig, Dongoske, <br />McCarthy, and Stubbs. <br />UNITY INVESTMENT CORP. <br />Mr. Dick Tuthill appeared in behalf of tlie <br />above corporation to answer questions <br />regarding their proposed 6S-unit townhouse <br />complex at 2535 Shadywood Road. Rice <br />asked how they could put 65 units in this <br />area and f^r. Tuthill exhibited diagrams of <br />the site plan, showing the layout. Russell <br />asked where accesses were and this was <br />answered. Discussion was held on what <br />kind of pool, answer being outdoor; what <br />kind of community house an answer more <br />or less, for pool users and picnickers; use <br />of trees already on site, answer, planned <br />retention of all trees. Nicholls asked <br />about how the water supply problem would be <br />solved and Mr. Tuthill had no ready <br />answer for this. Russell suggested it <br />would be a good time to start public <br />water. <br />Nicholls moved. Rice seconded, that a <br />Public Hearing be held. Motion, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (0). <br />BOATPORT SETBACK: Adam Huzio <br />Rice moved, Nicholls seconded, that the <br />setback variance on the boatport be <br />allowed to conform with present garage. <br />Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />VARIANCE ON SETBACK: Sigrid Johnson <br />Variance oq setback and variance on moving <br />an accessory building in prior to a <br />residence. <br />Rice moved, Nicholls seconded, that the <br />setback variance for the house be granted <br />but the moving of the garage to lot be <br />issued only on a conditional use permit <br />and permission be given by owners of <br />adjoining properties.
