Kramer was present in his behalf <br />on the division and variance of lots 64-71, <br />part of lots 65 § 70, Orono Orchards, <br />Parcel 492C. He recently sold a house <br />off this parcel with 7,400 square feet <br />consisting of lot 64 only, leaving lot 71 <br />and part of lots 65 5 70. He wished to <br />combine the reriinder with lot 72 and <br />construct a residence. Since no precedent <br />had been established by previous cases as <br />this and due to the minimal lot size of <br />divide ! parcel, consisting of 7,400 square <br />feet in a one and one-half acre zone, it <br />was decided to table this for further <br />study. <br />Nichclls moved, Dongoske seconded, that the <br />request be tabled for further study. Motion, <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />BUILDING PERMIT AND VARIANCE Robert Day <br />Discussion was held regarding the proposed <br />building of a warehouse on Parcel 2240, <br />Section 33. The property is two-plus acres <br />in "I" Zone. A residence is not allowed <br />in the "I” Zone only under a conditional <br />use and then only if necessary for security <br />and safety. There also was question as <br />to the need for a setback variance.
