Absent: Bartig and Dongoske, Sigrid Johnson represented hinself in an i^peal for a variance at 1790 Shadywood Road, Lot 20, Shadywood, Parcel 4600, to allow hiia to place an accessory building on his lot before the principal building. Nicholls noved, O’Malley seconded, that the variance be denied. Motion, Ayes (4) Nays (0). Donald Georgi, 5470 Birch Lane, Lot 4, Block 1, Baldur Park, represented hinself in an appeal for a garage setback variance to construct an attached garage and reiaove present detached garage, which was almc.4t In the right-of-way. Aussell noved, Nicholls seconded, that the ^^riance be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Dale Olson’s application for a lot site variance at 1369 North Arm Drive, Lot 5, H of lot 6, Block 15, Saga Hill Revised, from the one acre 140’ frontage to h acre, 75’ frontage was presented. Since the lot was in single separate ownership, and the Building Inspector stated there would be no problem with a septic system. Nicholls moved, McCarthy seconded, that the variance be allowed. Motion, Ayes (4) Nays (0). Norman Larson’s application for a land fill permit at 3505 Wayzata Boulevard, was tabled for study and review by ■embers on August 21, 1969 at 7:00 P.M. ^^arles Cor represented himself in a TUvision of Registered Land Survey 461 into three lots.
