illNUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD JUNE 16, 1969 <br />Nicholls moved, O'Malley seconded, that <br />approval be given subject to acquiring <br />another 20 feet along the 30-foot alley <br />or access be obtained by another 50-foot <br />easement from County Road #84. Motion. <br />Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />Page 2 <br />DIVISION <br />3830 Bayside Road <br />Mr. Eisenkramer represented himself in <br />explaining that he had sold lots 33-36 <br />in Orono Orchard and had left lot 37 with <br />his house on it, which he now wished to sell. <br />This was prior to the Village's rezoning <br />of the property to R-IB. The panel noted <br />that there were other properties with <br />similar size lots and the inspector stated <br />that there were no drainage problems. <br />Russell moved. O'Malley seconded, that the <br />division be approved, ^!otion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />DIVISION <br />Orono Orchard <br />Mr. and Mrs. Gilster represented themselves <br />in a discussion on Lots 768, Navarre, <br />Parcel 1450. V/hile the lot has some <br />problems for adequate construction, it <br />was decided they were not insurmountable, <br />and th't the building code would require <br />adequate construction thereon. The lot <br />is in single separate ownership. <br />Dongoske moved, Nicholls seconded, that <br />the lot be approved as a building lot. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />James Johnson represented himself in <br />requesting permission to sell Lots 24-25-26 <br />os one building lot. <br />Dongoske moved, O'Malley seconded, that <br />Lots 24-25-26-27, Saga Hill, Parcels 2000- <br />2225-2250-2275 be allowed as building lot <br />when combined. Motion, Ayes (4) - Ni’vs (o). <br />BUILDABLE LOT <br />2460 Carman Street <br />COMBINATION <br />1360 North Arm Drive <br />Herman Laue, 594 Park Lane, voiced concern <br />over the building of a garage adjacent to <br />his premises. The panel asked that the <br />Building Inspector meet with the two <br />concerned parties and try to establish a <br />setback that would be agreeable to both <br />parties.
