VUUGB OP ORONO <br />Sptcial Meeting of the rianning Comission, - ^5August 21, 1961 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />• j <br />The Planning Comission met on the above <br />date with the following members present: <br />Chairman Russell, McCarthy, Nicholls, and <br />O'Malley. Stubbs represented the Council. <br />Absent: Bartig amd Dongoske. <br />Members met at the site of the Wayside <br />Kennels, 3S05 Wayzata Boulevard, to review <br />the owner's, Norman Larson, conditional <br />use application for a fill permit. After <br />studying the property, and noting that the <br />railroad was on the south side. Highway HZ <br />on north side, and the Eisinger dump on <br />the east side, members unanimously agreed <br />that this property along with the dump <br />should be zoned commercial and possibly <br />industrial. Regarding the fill permit, <br />they unanimously agreed the permit should <br />be allowed with inorganic fill only. <br />LAND FILL PERMIT <br />3505 Wayzata Boulevard <br />The division of A* acres off the Roy <br />|Starkey property, 3560 Sixth Avenue North, <br />^Section 29, Parcel 5300, was reviewed <br />and members unanimously recommended the <br />division be allowed. <br />DIVISION <br />3560 Sixth Avenue North <br />Respectfully submitted. <br />I <br />Mike Scheller <br />Secretary
