This letter is to notify you that the City <br /> requires building permits for the construction of decks and for residing. Therefore, the City must <br /> require you to submit a building permit application along with a survey showing the location of the <br /> deck and hardcover calculations. A review will be done and if found to be in compliance with <br /> building and zoning codes, a permit can be issued. A deadline of October 17, 2000 has been <br /> established for submittals. If this deadline is not met,the City will initiate legal action.
