Porn questioned the <br />validity of the section of the minutes <br />Of I4arch 6, 1970, which recoimond a conditional <br />uso pomit to be terminated in the event <br />ownership or usage woul-^ be severed at which <br />tioe the building would have to be removed. <br />It was decided that a conditional use permit <br />without the restrictive clauses should <br />suffice. <br />Dorn asked that Minutes of May IP, 1970, <br />Pag# 2, second paragraph, secon^’ sentence, <br />be aaended to read "Porn questioned <br />whathor they could be built at one-third <br />of the cost of a conventioial or prefabhod <br />hone*'. <br />The matter of a coiidittonal use normit <br />to construct a quest house on the promises <br />of Hirold Greenwood, POl Tonkawn Road, Lot 1, <br />Aud. Sub. 217, Parcel .109, was reviewed. <br />At the May 13, 1970 meetinq, a mobile home <br />was proposed for the guest hotise which was <br />rocommended for disapproval by members. A <br />call was received Monday--too late for the <br />Agwnds--to review the anplication lyith the <br />usage of a 36* X 32* conventional two-bodroora <br />hOM for the purpose.
