Since the <br />property would be enhanced, the adjacent <br />neighbor's approval was given, and there <br />would be no fire hazard. <br />VARIANCE <br />72S Tonkaview Avenue <br />Kullberg moved, Elliott seconded, that the <br />variance be approved, 'lotion. Ayes (S) > <br />*4ays (0). <br />Sfilliam T. Mills appeared to explain the <br />M.S.A. Program to members, and outline <br />proposals tor tnoroughfares rim routes. <br />Members Dom and Poisson were appointed to <br />a Transportation Study Committee. <br />APPOINriENTS <br />Transportation Study <br />Committee <br />Members reviewed the proposed Fence Ordinance <br />and agreed there should oe some ordinance.FENCE OPPINANCE <br />Russell again warned of the danger of <br />rucoramending and legislating esthetics in <br />tills type oi ordinance. It was agreed that <br />>tae Fence Ordinance should be studied <br />further, Russell stating he would bring <br />some sample ordinances. <br />Herman Vanderborght represented himself in <br />a waiver of the hardshell requirements <br />for his approved division and asked for <br />HARPSHELL WAIVER <br />permission to convey the property by <br />and bounds description. He stated <br />division took so long and had so many <br />ramifications that he was in danger of <br />losing the sale of the property fie had <br />divided. <br />meets <br />lis <br />Russell moved, Gasch seconded, tnat in <br />view of the fact that he had so much delay <br />in the division approval, the hardshell <br />requirement should be waived.
