Members were in <br />agreement tnat the usage should be in an <br />Industrial rather than commercial zoning. <br />Dorn expressed the opinion, should there be <br />a need provisions should be made for this <br />type of usage, and t!ie zoning ordinance <br />be amended to include tnis usage, stating <br />conditions and typo of zoning required. <br />The application for rearrangement and division <br />of Lots 21-22-23 and part of 20, Bloc': 1, <br />Wiley's Lake Ilinnetonka, by Edgar Cox, <br />2130 Shadywood Road, was stuvliod. Since the <br />lots met area and were only inches short of <br />frontage requirements. <br />P:»ngoske moved, O'Malley seconded, that the <br />division bo approved. Motion, Ayes (7) - <br />The letter from the 'Ullage Attorney on <br />accessory buildings was rend.
