*• <br />MINUTES OP A REGULAR MEETING HELD MAY 17. 1971 <br />Mr. Jay Reiser, 3375 Crystal Bay Road, <br />represented hinself in a setback variance <br />to place a combination storm cellar and <br />storage building, the building to be 3' <br />from one side and 10* from the rear lot <br />lines. Butler and Elliott stated they had <br />seen the site and it was a logical placement. <br />When questioned about the nearness to the <br />other garage, Mr. Reiser stated it would be <br />concrete block construction. Mr. Keisei <br />was asked about the usage of the buildi.ig <br />since a driveway to same would be awkward. <br />He stated that his work requires some <br />storage and that there would be no sales <br />from his home as his office was downtown. <br />Elliott moved, Butler seconded, that a <br />variance be recommended. Motion, Ayes (S) • <br />Nays (0). <br />Page 2 <br />VARIANCE <br />3375 Crystal Bay Road <br />Mr. Navratil represented himself in an <br />application for lot size and frontage <br />variance on Tracts B. Q C., RLS R91, <br />Since Tracts A f| D were already built on <br />and the lots would represent an aggregate of <br />256* frontage if combined, involving a <br />high sewer and pending water assessment, <br />Elliott moved, Butler seconded, that approval <br />be'> recommended. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />William Gagne was present for a study of <br />the rezoning of property north of IVashington <br />Scientific consisting of 77 acres. It was <br />brought out that previous action had stated <br />that it was intended to rezone the property <br />contingent on the receipt of an appropriate <br />plan for light industrial or other reasonable <br />use. Mr. Gagne stated that the intent is to <br />develop 18 acres as multipl* with r. density <br />of 16 units per acre and a height similar <br />to the school, and 29 acres B-1, 29 acres B-3. <br />The multiples would be the first stage <br />developed. <br />Butler moved, Scuthworth seconded, to <br />recommend they get more information and <br />present their plans to the Village Council. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (1).
