The existing hoase <br />is proposed to be removed, except a 24' X 40’ concrete storage building that is attached to the house <br />but is not living space. The concrete building was constructed in 1971 sometime after the house was <br />built. <br />Three walls (rear and sides) from the existing storage building would be used as part of the <br />foundation for the new house. <br />The lot is located on Crystal Bay Road where most lots are small and are divided from the lakeshore <br />by the roadway. The total area outside of the 75' setback is 3,855 s.f. The proposed house w ould <br />be a 2 '/z story house with a defined height of 26'.
