Planning Commission should determine if the <br />tree is a valid hardship, or if the garage could be relocated so as to maximize the street <br />setback to more closely meet the 30'requirement. <br />Options for Planning Commission Action <br />A. Recommend approval of the variances to allow the detached garage and fence in the location <br />attached. <br />B.
