Originally <br />the property owners had proposed a larger garage. A larger building would have required a 30' <br />setback because the building was designed to be greater than 1,000 s.f Project Architect, Robert <br />Lund, has reduced the size of the new garage and designed a smaller garden building of 496 s.f to <br />be located behind the new garage. <br />Access to the garage would be via the existing driveway to Heritage Drive.
