MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />MONDAY, OCTOBER 15,2001 <br />(OTHER ISSUES, CONTINUED) <br />GafTron suggested the first week of November. Gaffron stated the Planning Commission would need <br />to discuss home occupations, whether pools should be included in the structural lot coverage <br />calculation, and hardcover in the 0-75’ setback. <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to schedule a work session for Wednesday, November 7. <br />2001, at 8:00 a.m. <br />Stoddard requested the Council consider allowing landscape fabric be used in certain setback areas in <br />order to avoid situations where lawn chemicals will be used to eradicate the weeds. <br />(#17) PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR SEPTEMBER 17,2001 <br />Lindquist moved, Mabusth seconded, to approve the minutes of the September 17,2001 <br />Planning Commission meeting as submitted.
