3.The property owner shall be responsible for clean up of all debris left on the property since <br />the vegetation was removed. <br />4.Erosion control, including silt fence, shall continue to be provided on the site until the City <br />has determined the vegetation has been restored, this to prevent sediment from reaching the <br />lakeshore. <br />Options for Pianning Commission Action <br />1.
