Hardcover is not an issue with <br />this application. <br />Statement of Hardship; <br />This is an existing lot which was platted prior to current zoning standards. <br />Variance approval was granted and permits issued for the accessory buildings on the property. <br />Issues for Consideration; <br />1 . The lot was platted prior to current zoning requirements. <br />2. A residence exists on the property. <br />3. The detached accessory buildings are permitted and in good structural cotiditiun. <br />4. The proposed residence meets all setback, hardcover and structural lot coverage requirements <br />for new construction. <br />5.
