This additional area takes the 75’-250’ zone hardcover area <br />from 25% to 26.6%. <br />Because our lot is trapezoidal shaped, narrow and small (approx. 16,000 ft in 75’-250 <br />zone) we are requesting a variance to allow for the excess hardcover. (Please refer to <br />survey drawing that you have on file). <br />Yours very truly. <br />P.S.
